What's your returns policy?
We don't want to force you into wearing a look that's not quite right for you. So, we offer a 30 day return policy for products that are not engraved, so long as the product has not been damaged or worn. We will provide a full refund including the cost of postage. Unfortunately we are unable to refund engraved products.

Do you offer free returns labels?
At this time we don't offer free return labels. Instead we will issue you with a £3.99 voucher towards your next purchase to credit you for any postage costs incurred when returning your order to us.
When will I receive my refund?
After we've received your return, we will process your refund in 5 business days. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund once it has been processed.
My items faulty or damaged.
We sincerely apologise if your item arrives damaged or faulty. Please send your faulty or damaged item back to us with 7 days after receiving the order, and we will issue you with a replacement. We will also provide you with a £3.99 voucher to compensate you for the cost of postage returning the item to us.
